Navigating Apps Controller

The toolbar contains the following navigation options, irrespective of the tab/app selected:

• (F3) Select Patient - Displays the standard Vision 3 Select Patient screen, once a patient is selected if an App has been opened it is populated from the selected patient.
• (Shift+F3) Patient Deselect - Deselects the current patient and closes any Apps displaying data for that patient.
• (F2) Add new task - Select to add a new Task:
  • Daybook users - When selected the Issuing New Task screen displays, if a patient has been selected the task is automatically linked to that patient.
  • Tasks users - This option is unavailable if you do not have a patient selected. With a patient selected, New task displays automatically attached to the selected patient.

• (F6) Make Appointment - Opens the Make Appointment screen for the selected patient.
• (F10) Open Patient Record - Opens an instance of Consultation Manager. The selected patient is displays automatically.
• (Shift+F10) Open Patient Record (Read-only) - Opens Consultation Manager for the currently selected patient but the record is display only.
• (F9) Open Therapy Record - Opens Consultation Manager - Therapy tab for the currently selected patient.
• Configuration - Opens the Menu Configuration screen where you can configure which tabs display on the toolbar, see Configuring the Apps Controller screen.
• Help - Opens app specific help.
